Resize & Crop
Crop this one frame, then stop
Crop this one screenshot to the dialog and stop. The workspace rail is only for a real second tool.
The ticket needs the dialog, not the whole desktop. ImageAwe is one calm tool page. Crop this one frame, export, and stop.
One page, one frame
Open crop. Free crop, or a locked ratio if the ticket named one. Drag the box until the dialog is inside and the menu bar is not. Cropping extracts those pixels. It does not scale the rest of the screenshot, and it does not invent a square face. A square portrait is the avatar guide, on resize, not this page. One image, at or under 20MB. The work stays in this browser. There is no ImageAwe server holding the screenshot.
Then leave
Rounded corners are a different page. That job is the corners guide. An arrow is the annotation guide. A phone number in the frame is mosaic, on its own page. A HEX sample is also its own page. Do not stay on crop to do those.
The workspace rail is for a real second tool. If the next step is only to attach this crop to the ticket, there is no second tool. Close the page.
What this is not
It is not a folder, and it is not a place to strip GPS or recompress the whole deck. If the file is still HEIC, convert it before you crop. If the ticket then rejects the weight, compress the export you already framed. Do not crop the original again just to chase a smaller file.
Download the framed image. The screenshot you started with stays on the device.
FAQ
FAQ
Does crop scale the screenshot?
No. Cropping extracts the pixels inside the box. It does not resize the rest of the image.
Can I crop a folder?
No. This page is one image. The right box on a wide desktop is wrong on a tall phone shot.
Should I round the corners here?
No. Corners are another page. Stop when the dialog is the frame you will attach.
